Sexy Star is Blackball from Pro Wrestling

Courtney Rush aka Rosemary and Sexy Star (credit Composite via wrestlingnews.co)

So, this weekend was the Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide show Triplemania XXV (25 for those who don't know roman numerals) and what is making me to be interesting into this? Well, two things. One, the show is on Twitch in both English and Spanish and two, Courtney Rush got injured at the show and the wrestling community is in an uproar.

So, what happened? I got a notification from twitter and it was from Cherry Bomb or by her Global Force Wrestling name, Allie, tweeted this out:
So, I was wondering, What is going on? Why did Cherry Bomb tweeted about Courtney Rush? What happened to Courtney Rush? As my timeline on twitter was unfolding that Courtney Rush (or Rosemary, to those who watch GFW Impact) was injured and Sexy Star was to blame. But, why? I see a lot of guys talking trash about Sexy Star and I wanted to know what happened? So, I decided to follow Courtney Rush on twitter and hope she explains what happened.

She did yesterday and this is what she said on twitter:
For those who are wondering what she is say, let me shortened it for you. What happened is that Sexy Star injured Courtney Rush in the maneuver known as the armbar and hurt her. After the match ended, Sexy Star goes around saying that what happened to Courtney was nothing more as a work. Sexy Star did not apologize to Courtney Rush. It makes me so angry and upset that someone like Courtney Rush, who, as Rosemary, have hold the GFW Knockouts Title for over 260+ days, get injured by a fellow wrestler and don't get an apology from said wrestler, then something is really messed up here! Also, for those who are not believing me, watch this:
Everyone on Twitter knows. What happened to Courtney Rush is terrible. I hope Courtney gets her arm put back in place and as for Sexy Star, she is blackball from Pro Wrestling! For what she did and how everyone within the wrestling community, both fans and wrestlers, she might as well leave pro wrestling for good! No one will book Sexy Star and let it stay that way!

Twitch: Can it be helpful to those wrestling fans who can not watch due to payment?

Note: Please understand, this is no bashing. This is something that I observed and being a Twitch Streamer myself, let me put my spin on it.

So, my notifications on twitter goes off. Cherry Bomb or if you want to call her by her Global Force Wrestling name, Allie, was really concerned about a fellow wrestler, Courtney Rush, or her GFW name, Rosemary, got injured at the AAA Triplemania XXV show. I am sure she know by seeing the tweets on Twitter, or there might be a theory: She could have a Twitch account!

I am sure you are wondering: Lindsie, Twitch is a streaming site that host gamers! They are a rival to YouTube! Why can't anyone watch it on YouTube?

Well...Twitch is mostly for gamers, but, AAA, the Lucha Libre wrestling company in Mexico is the first wrestling company to have a Twitch account and be a Twitch Partner, just to air AAA's big shows for free. They are being paid with advertisements and subscriptions. However, a fee weeks ago, Wrestle Circus, the Texas Wrestling promotion, just became a Twitch Partner too. I know that Twitch does not only host gamers, but, beyond it. I am on Twitch with an account, but, I am kinda working on becoming a Twitch partner. I am not there yet, because there are certain rules to become a Twitch Partner.

In order to become a Twitch Partner, which includes being verified, you need to be streaming regularly 3 times a week, which it would be requiring a schedule, a steady viewership. The perks of this does come in well. There is a subscription fee for those who subscribe, so, if you can't afford, you can still follow that person, until you can. Subscriptions goes at $4.99USD, $9.99USD, and $24.99USD or you can go free if you become a Twitch Prime member, which you become an Amazon Prime member too. You become a Prime member when you try it for free 30 days before paying $10.99USD per month. This way, you can easily support any of your favorite Twitch Streamers that are partner, you get in-game loot, Ad-free viewing to any Twitch partners, discounts on pre-release box games, watch movies, tv, and songs that are on Amazon for free, and two-day free shipping on Amazon. However, if you are an Amazon Prime member, just connect it with you Twitch account. I believe that will be free when you connect.

Either way, this is really cool and to my opinion, more wrestling promotions or companies who are not in a deal with anyone (FITE TV, FloSports) or have their own services, this is the best way to connect fans. One day, when I become a Twitch Verified Partner, I will support those by being their subscriber.

Did I forget there is a benefit to be a subscriber on Twitch? Yeah, you get cool custom emoticons and also, you can take part in anything that a Twitch Verified Partner can do. Want to see that happen?

Will Ospreay is not a jerk!

Last night, I was going on Facebook, just scrolling around, when a post from Will Ospreay brought to my attention. Apparently, he has been threaten to a lawsuit by an New Zealand man and he has proof. Although I don't see the post anymore, but, I know, he is. The whole story on why he is explain in his Facebook posts of what happened:

I am very surprise that some promoter who stiff their talent out of their money, would dare to threaten someone who is very popular among the UK, Japan, and US scene because he stiff Will and then make accusations against Will after he got caught swearing in a video on Will and posted on his Facebook page that claims to be "Family Friendly" and then take it down, so no one could view it. Well, guess what? Dude your caught and Will Ospreay is not a jerk! You are!

This case of another shady person passing off as a wrestling promoter, just to scam people out of their money. It is not common on this happening, but, when getting caught on this, yeah, this will happened. You have a choice, owe up to it or disappear. Highly in shady promoters to scam, they would disappear, but accusing wrestlers are becoming a new low. This is ridiculous. I am sorry, but, I am taken Will's side for this. He was offering his help and hope to be paid, but, it turns out ugly. Also, this is not the first time this happened to Will and I hope this will be his last.

If you please can share this with everyone. This needs to be shared so everyone knows that you do not stiff a wrestler their pay.
